When you walk into the office you'll see three patients getting mad at Judy who is trying to get into Fingers' office. You can watch two individuals talk in front of the office or just go on in. There are people and things to pick up on the first floor of the building, though, so take a look around if you're interested. If you have level 5 Body you can force it open and access the clinic. You can get in peacefully by talking to them and going along with what they're implying (V will handle it in their own way), forcefully by subduing them, or skip them altogether by going around the left side of the building to a shut door. You'll know you're at the clinic when the waypoint disappears, sure, but also because there a neon "Fingers MD" on the building and three punks posted at the entrance. At the end of Jig-Jig Street, follow the waypoint to an alley on the left. You can take your time walking through this area or go directly to the clinic. Johnny appears at the entrance to Jig-Jig Street. V tells Judy about Evelyn's move from Clouds to the ripperdoc. She'll be surprised V kept their word, but she's happy about it.
